This is for the person that is looking for private mentorship in a high-touch container. Just you and Jen, once a week or every other week - on your schedule.

You get it all, but privately.

Once you apply, Jen will call you to set up your schedule.

On Location Group

Step into Our New Life Sessions - for Corporate Events, Large Classes, Retreats and Gatherings

Jen will personally lead group sessions for breathing for trauma release, somatic experiencing and mindful-based stress reduction techniques. Each class is 1 hour.

Must be within the San Antonio area.

$25/person for at least 30 people*
