The Peace Protocol is not a traditional coaching program, nor is it standard therapy. It is a biological and psychological recalibration process designed for people who are tired of feeling overwhelmed, stuck in cycles of stress, or feeling like no matter how much success they achieve, it never feels like enough. 

As a practitioner, I do not "fix" my clients. My work is about restoring your internal authority so you stop outsourcing your safety, worth, and direction to pressure, achievement, or external validation. I guide from lived experience, nervous system science, and deep integration.

 

The process is administered through a highly structured, four-pillar sequence because you cannot rewire a brain that is housed in a dysregulated body.

  • Physical Symptoms: Chronic fatigue, unexplained muscle tension (especially in the neck, shoulders, and jaw), digestive issues, racing heart, shallow breathing, and difficulty sleeping (feeling "wired and tired").

The Four Pillars of The Peace Protocol

 

The Administration Sequence: How We Recalibrate Your System

 

 

The Peace Protocol is administered sequentially. Each pillar builds upon the one before it. We do not move to the next stage until your current stage is stabilized. The entire process typically takes 4 to 6 months of dedicated work. 

 

Pillar 1: REGULATION (Stabilize the Body)

The Objective: To move you out of chronic Fight/Flight or Freeze states and establish a Safe & Social state as your new baseline.

The Methodology: We begin entirely in the body. Peace begins in the nervous system, not the mind. If your body is signaling threat, your brain will generate threat-based thoughts. Therefore, no amount of mindset work can override a dysregulated nervous system.

What We Do:

  • Nervous System Education: You will learn how to regulate your own nervous system. You will understand that your anxiety, burnout, or emotional reactivity is not a character flaw—it is a biological response to a system that has been on overdrive for too long.
  • The Baseline Audit: We identify your primary trauma hustles and where you chronically hold tension in your body (The Belts of Tension).
  • Trauma Release Breathwork: We utilize specific, guided somatic breathwork patterns to stimulate the autonomic nervous system, allowing your body to process and release stored emotional weight and physical tension without having to intellectually relive traumatic events.
  • Electro-Equiscope Therapy Integration: For clients dealing with chronic pain, inflammation, or severe nervous system dysregulation, we integrate the Electro-Equiscope. This FDA-registered biofeedback device scans your body's electrical system in real time and delivers precise microcurrent corrections to restore cellular health and accelerate nervous system recalibration.
  • Building the Sensation Vocabulary: You will be trained to locate and name physical sensations rather than just labeling emotions. You will learn the 90-Second Rule to process chemical emotional rushes without attaching stories to them.

 

Pillar 2: SEPARATION (Stabilize the Mind)

The Objective: To untangle you from your unconscious thought patterns, cognitive biases, and trauma hustles.

The Methodology: Once your nervous system is stabilized, your mind becomes pliable. Most people believe their thoughts are reality. I teach you that thoughts are merely predictions, memories, and survival patterns. Separation trains you to observe thought instead of being controlled by it.

What We Do:

  • Dismantling the Trauma Hustles: We identify which of the 8 Trauma Hustles (Validation, Scarcity, Competency, etc.) you have been using to secure safety and worth, and we map their origins.
  • Identifying Wound Behaviors and Core Beliefs: We dig deep to uncover the foundational core beliefs driving your reactions. We map your specific "wound behaviors"—the maladaptive coping mechanisms developed in childhood to survive—and bring them into conscious awareness.
  • Deepening Somatic Awareness: You will learn to track the physical origin of your core beliefs in the body and use targeted breathwork and movement to release the somatic anchor of those beliefs.
  • Cognitive Defusion: You will learn how to separate your identity from your thoughts using specific reframing techniques.
  • Releasing Shame and Resentment: We utilize the Shame Release framework and Resentment Inventories to distinguish between guilt and shame, processing the somatic weight of these emotions.
  • Managing Triggers: We map your core wounds and establish a "Trigger Pause" protocol so you stop reacting automatically to external stimuli.

 

Pillar 3: INSTALLATION (Stabilize Identity)

The Objective: To consciously build and embody the version of you who already lives in peace, utilizing neuroplasticity.

The Methodology: Once your mind is no longer fused with fear, your identity becomes adjustable. Most people live from an identity shaped by past stress and survival. Installation allows you to deliberately choose your new operating system.

What We Do:

  • Reprogramming the RAS: We identify your current Reticular Activating System filters (what you unconsciously scan for, such as threats or rejection) and intentionally program new filters to scan for safety, opportunity, and peace.
  • Identity Architecture: You will draft a new Identity Statement. We dismantle the "Performer" identity and construct the "Authentic" identity based on internal certainty rather than external validation.
  • Mirror Work & Micro-Commitments: You will engage in daily Mirror Work to bypass the logical brain and speak safety directly to the nervous system. You will begin making and keeping tiny promises to yourself to rebuild self-trust.
  • The 14-Day Lock-In Protocol: I assign a strict daily structure (Morning Setup, Midday Somatic Check-In, Evening Evidence Collection) to begin wiring your new identity into your brain's neural pathways.

 

Pillar 4: EMBODIMENT (Stabilize Behavior)

The Objective: To make your new identity permanent through consistent action, regardless of external circumstances.

The Methodology: Identity becomes real through action. Embodiment is the process of behaving consistently from your installed identity, even before external results appear. This stage relies on the science of behavioral conditioning, neuroplasticity, and cognitive dissonance.

What We Do:

  • Behavior Before Evidence: You must begin acting from your new identity today—before your circumstances reflect it. We design "Proof Actions" (specific, daily behaviors that align with who you are becoming) that force cognitive dissonance, compelling your brain to update its self-concept to match the new behavior.
  • Navigating the Extinction Burst: I prepare you for the scientifically documented "extinction burst"—the temporary increase in the frequency and intensity of old survival behaviors when they are no longer being rewarded. We plan somatic anchors to keep you steady when the urge to regress hits.
  • Perceptual Recalibration (The Clean Lens): As your nervous system regulates, your brain's predictive processing shifts. We track "synchronicities"—which are scientifically understood as your brain finally noticing opportunities and connections that were previously filtered out by the threat-focused RAS.
  • Sustaining the New Baseline: We move from conscious effort to unconscious competence. You will establish a long-term somatic maintenance plan to ensure that when life inevitably presents challenges, your nervous system returns to regulation rather than getting stuck in chronic survival mode.

Currently, The Peace Protocol is administered exclusively through Private Work VIP (1:1). This is the highest level of access and is designed for individuals who require absolute precision, deep integration, and personalized guidance.

 

This format includes:

  • Deep, customized guidance through all four pillars.
  • Real-time somatic troubleshooting and nervous system tracking.
  • Facilitation of Trauma Release Breathwork sessions.
  • Integration of Electro-Equiscope therapy (for local or traveling clients).
